An intergenerational community in a historic German homestead outside of Stuttgart. The project provided efficient housing for students and seniors centered around the homestead's central court. The ground floor, just off the town center, provided community space and food preparation and a preschool. The design focused on a strict new geometry inserted within the irregularities of the building's various expansions and the creation of set modules for housing and services.
